Dr. Sheppard has a Doctorate of Ministry, and a Masters of
Marriage and Family Therapy from Southwestern Baptist
Theological Seminary of Fort Worth, Texas.
He has been a professor at Southwestern Adventist University for
13 years, where he was head of the Religion Department for six of
those years. He taught both Psychology and Theology, and is
presently Adjunct Professor. Rob has been pastor of six churches
in Texas.
He, along with Ernie Pyle, conducts the Wednesday night prayer meeting and is a Sabbath School teacher in the Arlington Church. He is the owner of University Counseling Center and is a Licensed Professional Counselor, and a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists. He has been in private practice for over 25 years..
